Seller guide

Sellers get their own dashboard at /seller with full inventory, order, and finance management. This guide is for sellers — share it with new vendors after they sign up.

Getting started

Register as a seller

  1. Go to https://store.com/seller/registration.
  2. Fill in: Shop name, owner name, email, phone, address, password.
  3. Submit — account is created in Pending status.
  4. Wait for admin approval (you'll get an email when approved).
  5. Log in at https://store.com/seller/login.

Complete your shop profile

  1. Seller Dashboard → Shop Settings.
  2. Upload shop logo + banner images.
  3. Write a short description.
  4. Add social links.
  5. Save.

KYC verification (if required)

  1. Seller Dashboard → KYC.
  2. Upload required documents (business license, tax ID, bank statement).
  3. Wait for admin review (usually 1-3 business days).
  4. Once approved, you can withdraw funds.

Adding products

Create your first product

  1. Seller Dashboard → Products → Create.
  2. Fill in:
    • Name
    • Slug (URL-friendly version, auto-generated)
    • Category + Sub-category
    • Brand (optional)
    • SKU + Barcode
    • Price + Discount
    • Short description + Full description
    • Featured image + Gallery images
    • Weight + Shipping fee
    • Minimum/Maximum purchase quantity
  3. If product has variants (size, color, etc.):
    • Click Select Attributes
    • Choose Color, Size, Storage, etc.
    • For each combination, set price + stock
  4. Add SEO meta title/description/keywords (optional).
  5. Submit.
  6. If product approval is on → product goes to "New" status until admin approves.
  7. If approval off → product goes live immediately.

Bulk upload

  1. Seller Dashboard → Products → Bulk Upload.
  2. Download the CSV template.
  3. Fill rows with your products.
  4. Upload the filled CSV.
  5. Review preview → confirm import.

Managing orders

View orders

Seller Dashboard → Orders. See all orders containing your products.

Order lifecycle

  1. Placed — Customer just placed order. Confirm or cancel.
  2. Confirmed — You acknowledged. Start packing.
  3. Processing — Being packed.
  4. Shipped — Handed to courier. Add tracking number.
  5. Delivered — Customer received. Commission released.

Update order status

  1. Click order in Seller Dashboard → Orders.
  2. Click Update Status.
  3. Choose new status + add notes (optional).
  4. Save. Customer gets notification automatically.

Inventory management

Update stock

  1. Seller Dashboard → Products.
  2. Click product → Edit.
  3. Scroll to Variants & Stock.
  4. Update qty for each variant.
  5. Save.

Low stock alerts

Set threshold in Seller Dashboard → Settings. Get notified when stock drops below.

Earnings & withdrawals

How commission works

Withdraw to your bank

  1. Seller Dashboard → Wallet → Withdraw.
  2. Choose withdrawal method (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Stripe, etc.).
  3. Enter amount (minimum + maximum set by admin).
  4. Submit.
  5. Admin reviews + sends payment within 1-7 business days.
  6. Status updates: Pending → Processing → Paid.

Promotions

Coupons

Sellers can create their own discount coupons:

  1. Seller Dashboard → Promote → Coupons → Create.
  2. Set code, type (Fixed/Percent), value, expiry.
  3. Coupon only applies to your products.

Flash sales

Join admin-created flash sale campaigns:

  1. Seller Dashboard → Campaigns.
  2. See active campaigns.
  3. Click Join → submit your products + special discount.
  4. Admin approves → your products appear in the campaign.

Shop holidays

  1. Seller Dashboard → Shop Settings → Holiday Configuration.
  2. Toggle "On Holiday" + set date range.
  3. During holiday, your products show "Currently unavailable" badge.
  4. Customers can't place new orders for your products.
  5. Existing orders continue normally.

Mobile seller app

Manage everything on the go via the Flutter seller app (Android + iOS).

Download from your admin's links (or Play Store / App Store if admin has published).
