For end shoppers using your CartUser storefront. Share this with your customers.

Browsing & searching

• Categories — Browse by category from menu / sidebar
• Search bar — type product name, brand, or keyword
• Filters — sidebar filters: price range, brand, rating, color, size
• Sort — Newest, Price (low/high), Rating, Best Selling

Account

Register

1. Click Sign Up in top right
2. Fill: name, email, phone, password
3. OR use Google / Facebook login
4. Verify email (if enabled)

Profile

• Dashboard → Profile → update name, photo, password
• Addresses → add multiple addresses for faster checkout
• Notifications → email/SMS preferences

Shopping

Product page

• Image gallery with zoom
• Variant selection (color, size, etc.)
• Quantity selector
• Add to Cart, Add to Wishlist, Compare
• Customer reviews + ratings
• Related / suggested products
• Live chat with seller

Cart

• Header cart icon → click to view
• Update quantities, remove items
• Apply coupon code
• See subtotal, shipping, tax, total
• Proceed to Checkout

Checkout

1. Select shipping address (or add new)
2. Choose delivery option: Shipping or Pickup
3. Choose shipping carrier (if multiple available)
4. Select payment method (or pay with wallet)
5. Optional: enter coupon, order notes
6. Review order summary
7. Click Place Order
8. For COD → order placed immediately
9. For gateway → redirected to gateway, complete payment, returned to confirmation

Orders

Track order

• Dashboard → Orders → click order → see status timeline
• Each status update sends email + push notification
• Tracking number shown when status = Shipped

Cancel / return order

• Cancel allowed before status = Shipped (configurable by admin)
• Return allowed within X days after Delivered (configurable)
• Submit return reason → admin reviews → refund processed

Wallet & reward points

Wallet

• Dashboard → Wallet → see current balance
• Top up via gateway
• Use at checkout instead of card
• Refunds auto-credited to wallet (configurable)

Reward points

• Earn points on each purchase (varies per product or order amount)
• Dashboard → Reward Points → see earned + pending
• Redeem points to wallet (at configured rate, e.g. 100 points = $1)
• Points expire after X days if not redeemed

Wishlist & compare

• Save products to Wishlist for later
• Compare up to 4 products side-by-side
• Access from header icons

Reviews

1. After order is Delivered, you can review the product
2. Rate 1-5 stars + write review
3. Optional: upload photos
4. Review is visible on product page after admin moderation

Chat

• Chat icon on product page → start conversation with seller
• Dashboard → Chat → all your conversations
• Real-time messaging

Mobile app

For faster shopping, install the user mobile app (Android / iOS). All features in the browser are available in the app, plus push notifications for offers + order updates.
